Quod Libet is a GTK based music player written in Python. According to the website, "It's designed around the idea that you know how to organize your music better than we do." [1] One of the main qualities is the ability to sort your collection using regular expressions. Plugins also exist to let you search Wikipedia for the artist or album, or place the player in the notification area for Gnome or kicker area for KDE.
