If you've downloaded or bought Slackware and discovered that GNOME is not included have no fear. There is a community project called Dropline GNOME that will meet all of your GNOME needs and provides a handy update applet to boot. The developers are very responsive. Forums are found here. The developer mailing list is here.

There is also a combined Gnome Forum /Archive which aggregates all the mailing lists messages from Gnome projects such as Mono, Gaim, Gtk+. You can cross search all Gnome discussions or post your question to appropriate sub forum.
