I tried to update my machine from redhat 8 to gentoo... i got stuck and frustrated

I think i am ready to attempt installing gentoo again... When i get stuck who can i call on? email?

Definitely! The forums @ http://clug.parl.clemson.edu are a good place to post questions. There's even a help section, so feel free to use that.

Also the forums @ http://www.gentoo.org are always helpful (even for me!) as well.

We haven't started any distro-exclusive pages yet, but hopefully we'll get around to some of them in a few weeks.
