Note for section "Adding locale for non-standard characters"

It appears MediaWiki cannot use the character = in the cmd-tag and as I couldn't find a solution to this I left the line "$ env LC_ALL..." as is, in bold. If anyone knows the solution to this, please change it. Thank you. :) The section will probably be useful to many as this issue has been addressed at the LinuxDC++ mailling list several times. / ccc
